LEAGUE SCHEDULE REQUEST

Spring League 2025

SCHEDULE INFORMATION

Our Spring League 2025 games will take place between 4:00 & 8:00pm on the following dates:

  • 3/23/2025

  • 3/30/2025

  • 4/6/2025

  • 4/13/2025

  • 4/27/2025

  • 5/4/2025

  • 5/11/2025

  • 5/18/2025

  • 6/1/2025

PRE-SEASON REQUESTS

  • Coaches must identify and submit specific dates and times their team cannot compete due to known conflicts before the league schedule is released.

  • Submit requests via email to Torry at torry@rgsportsacademy.com.

  • Requests will be accepted until March 22nd 2025.

IN-SEASON NOTIFICATION

  • If a team cannot participate in a scheduled game, coaches must notify Torry no later than Monday of the game week to avoid a forfeit and penalties.

FORFEITS AND PENALTIES

  • Failure to notify by the Monday deadline will result in a forfeit for the scheduled game.

  • A no-call/email no-show will also lead to a forfeit and may result in further penalties, including restrictions on future schedule requests or league participation.

  • While we will make every effort to accommodate pre-season requests, adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

  • Once the league schedule is finalized and distributed, no additional schedule requests will be accepted. 

  • This policy ensures fairness to all teams and helps maintain the integrity of the league schedule.
